We dropped by our local cycling coffee shop (Café Domestique, in Dundas, Ontario) over the weekend, just as owner Krys Hines was unwrapping a framed rainbow jersey (race worn, no less) from men's road world champion Thor Hushovd of the Garmin-Cervélo team.
