Ryders Eyewear Inside Sales Position

Position: Inside Sales – Domestic (US & Canada)

Position Type: Full Time

Pay: Commensurate with experience – Base Salary + Commission + bonus potential

Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a bike, outdoor, ski or run enthusiast that is humble, smart, hard-working and has the ability to plan and coordinate domestic inside sales functions. Our company culture is passion driven so we need someone who is zealous about biking, skiing, running or any outdoor activity and who is active in the outdoor sporting community. We strive for growth and expect everyone who works here to be focused and effective. The ideal candidate will show a proven track-record in sales and have strong interpersonal skills.

Travel: Travel to tradeshows and events as necessary. 2-4 times a year

Minimum Experience Required: 1-3 years

Job Requirements:
• Must have strong organizational skills and be self-motivated. We hire great people, give them clear expectations and expect them to perform
• 3 + years proven sales experience - preferably in the bike, run, ski or outdoor industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in fast paced, energetic environment
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be able to learn and utilize Great Plains for order entry, CRM functions and Salesforce.com systems.
• Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Must be a cyclist, runner, skier and/or outdoors person with a love and knowledge for the outdoors
• Be a flexible, positive, team player
• Ability to work diligently with minimal supervision
• Maintain positive and pleasant attitude at all times
