The Canadian Cycling Association has struck a Nominations Committee to seek out qualified candidates for various positions on its Board of Directors and Committees. The following positions will be filled at the October 30, 2011, Annual General Meeting to be held in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Board of Directors

• Director at Large - Two (2) Positions

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a professional or elected function in cycling.

Program Committees

High Performance Committee

• National Team Program Representative (2 year term - Odd numbered year) - Experience with National program as athlete, coach.

• Paracycling Representative (2 year term - Odd numbered year) - Experience with paracycling programs as athlete, coach.

Events Committee

• Mountain Bike Representative (2 year term - Odd numbered year) - MTB race organization experience.

• BMX Representative (2 year term - Odd numbered year) - BMX race organization experience.

Officials Committee

• Committee Chair (2 year term - Odd numbered year) - International level official.

• Mountain Bike Representative (2 year term - Odd numbered year) - International MTB official.
