October 3/12 20:08 pm - UCI Receives Judgement Against Floyd Landis

The UCI has announced that it has received a judgement against former pro cyclist Floyd Landis in the Swiss courts for numerous statements he made accusing the UCI, its President Pat McQuaid and former President Hein Verbruggen, of covering up cases of doping and having accepted money from Lance Armstrong, among other accusations.

Landis has been ordered to publish, at his own expense, statements refuting accusations he previously made. He has also been ordered to cover court costs and a penalty of 10,000 Swiss Francs.
