Former SpiderTech pro David Boily, who was announced previously as going to the Cannondale WorldTour team (along with team mate Guillaume Boivin) will not be with the Italian squad for 2013.

"Yes, this is true," Boily confirmed from his home in Quebec.  "There was a problem with the contract, so I was not able to sign it."

Boily agrees that it is late in the year to be looking for a team, but "I'm still looking, my agent is trying very hard to work something with a European team.  I know it's very late, but that's the way it goes in cycling sometimes.  I hope to know more later next week."

Boily admitted that he is talking with a few teams, but could not mention any names since nothing has been formalized at this stage.
