March 21/13 13:14 pm - March Break Camp at the Forest City Velodrome

The Ontario Cycling Association and the Forest City Velodrome held a three day March Break Track Camp in London last week. Twenty four young track racers took part in the camp, and 48 sore legs headed home for some much needed recovery.

Team Pursuit and Team Sprint were introduced to the U17 riders and the riders gave it their all. Several riders had their personal best Flying Laps on the final day. Now they get to build on the experience on their next visit to the 138m indoor velodrome in London.

The March Break Camp was the third project at the FCV this winter. Many thanks to the OCA for their help organizing and promoting to the Youth Series riders in Ontario.
