About six weeks ago, Mark Ernsting announced an ambitious plan to develop Canada's next professional road team, following in the footsteps of programs such as Symmetrics and SpiderTech [see Daily News - M1 Pro Cycling Launches Canadian ProTeam Initiative].

We have now had a chance to talk in more depth with Mark about his plans, which include starting at the Continental level in 2015 or 2016, adding a women's program within a year, and eventually going to the Pro continental level and, possibly, WorldTour.
