Jonathan Milan (Lidl-Trek) deliveried a second consecutive stage win for an Italian rider at the end of the fourth stage ahead of Ethan Vernon (NSN Cycling Team) and his brother Matteo Milan (Groupama-FDJ United).
Antonio Tiberi (Bahrain-Victorious) retains the leaders Red Jersey.
Top Canadian on the stage was Riley Pickrell (Modern Adventure Pro Cycling) in 8th at the same time as the winner. Derek Gee-West (Lidl-Trek) sits 7th in the GC at 1:22 back.
