Chico Racing is happy to announce an exciting change to the Hardwood Hills annual 24 hour event. Due to restructuring in the Mountain Bike World, Chico Racing is continuing the legacy of 24 Hour Racing at Ontario's most popular riding destination.

Thrilled to extend our unique feel and outlook on Mountain Bike Racing, we at Chico Racing look forward to improving on this venue and paying special attention to what's most important: the riders. We treat our riders like our very livelihood depends on them, because it does. We also continually strive to give our riders exceptional value, and as experienced riders ourselves, know what it takes to provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere based more on the riding than on the glamour of the show.

The 24 Hrs of Hardwood Hills is sure to provide all the amenities needed, while capturing the essence of 24 Hour Mountain Biking. Also, all the technical superiority of Chico's ever-popular 24 Hours of Summer Solstice will be showcased, including the smooth and accurate chip-timing system, constant updates, and superior reflective course markings.

The Course

With rolling terrain and the perfect variation in climbs, the trails at Hardwood Hills lend themselves perfectly to 24 Hour racing. The choice of singletrack, while not overly difficult, is sure to test everyone's spirit come 3 O'clock in the morning, and there's definitely enough physical challenge to separate the trainers from the weekend warriors. Riders will benefit from well designed and maintained trails, and as per tradition, the famous "Coffee Run" awaits riders in the home stretch.

The Camping

Chico Racing is planning to make some of the biggest improvements in Team Camping areas. With overall larger sites, more cars will be allowed on sites, and to be fair, the best sites will go to teams that register early. As well complementary parking will be included with this year's event.

Entry Forms will be available at www.chicoracing.com by January 13, 2004
