Kia ora and hello everyone from Rotorua, New Zealand - home of the 2006 UCI World Mountain Bike and Trials Championships. It's been busy - with lots of 2006 course building and with the arrival of summer and the marvelous tracks of the Whakarewarewa Trail Network being in fantastic condition there has also been a lot of riding to get in!

There have been a lot of developments.

It's now just 3 months to the first official event on the provisional world's courses. This will be the 2005 New Zealand Community Trust National Mountain Bike Championships, February 25-27.
