The Wedgewood Cycling Team will host Race #7 in the BC Cross Cup this Saturday October 29th at Jericho Park in Vancouver. The course is famous for it's classic cross layout and unrivaled scenery of the North Shore mountains and Burrard Inlet. Racing starts at 9am with the Men's B event, then Women at 10am and wrapping up with Men A at 11am.

This is just the morning after "The Evening of Champions" gala fundraiser hosted by the team in support of the BC Cancer Foundation. Gala guests of honor Eddy and Axel Merckx may be convinced to pay a visit to the Jericho race site and maybe Axel will show everyone how Belgians really ride cross. Keep your fingers "crossed".
